About Me
I've spent the last decade in the trenches of small organizations—nonprofits, schools, and now a professional services firm—where I learned that the difference between thriving and struggling often comes down to two things: how professional you look and how smoothly your operations actually run. I've managed databases of 12,000+ constituents, coordinated complex events, rebuilt visual identities from scratch, and implemented systems that made everyone's life easier.
When I stepped into a role at a CPA firm managing everything from brand refresh to property operations to client outreach, I realized something: small professional firms like yours are being underserved. You're too sophisticated for generic templates, too lean for a full agency engagement, and too tired of contractors who don't understand your world.
That's where I come in. I combine visual design, operational systems thinking, and a genuine understanding of what it takes to run a boutique firm—no condescension, no six-month timelines, no $15K price tags.
My background in nonprofit operations and event management gave me systems thinking. My recent work in professional services gave me empathy for your actual constraints. My years of hands-on database management, team coordination, and process optimization gave me the muscle memory to spot friction and fix it. I work best when I can see the whole picture—your brand, your workflow, your client experience—because all three are connected. I'm building Mountaintop Business Support to be the partner small professional firms call when they're ready to look as polished as they actually are.

Why Work With Me
I understand your world.
I've worked inside small professional firms. I know how your intake process actually breaks down, why your website still looks dated, and why every contractor you've hired wants to do only one piece of the puzzle. I see the full picture because I've lived it.
Systems-first thinking.
Nine years managing databases, operations, and client workflows across nonprofits and professional services gave me a framework for spotting inefficiency and building sustainable processes. Your brand refresh isn't separate from your operational cleanup—they work together.
Design with teeth.
Intermediate graphic design skills combined with a decade of marketing and communications work means I don't just make things pretty—I make them strategically coherent. Your brand kit, your website, your intake forms, your social posts all tell the same story.
No fluff, no theater.
You're running a firm, not auditioning for an agency pitch. I show up, I understand the constraints, I deliver on timeline and budget, and I don't make you feel behind for needing this refresh now instead of five years ago.
